In 2016, CommunityMed Urgent Care was expanding and opening several new facilities across the DFW metroplex. They were in need of a social media marketing solution, including community management and ad campaigns, to increase brand recognition and awareness among local households near each new location. I created a campaign and engagement strategy, highlighting differentiators such as their affordable rates, free school athletics physicals, client satisfaction rates and community involvement. Hyper-targeted audiences were selected for each unique campaign—for example, parents of small children received helpful content about handwashing, rashes, and immunizations while parents of teens received reminders of the free UIL physicals at the beginning of the school year.
CA TECHNOLOGIES
As an Employer Brand consultant for CA Technologies from 2015-2018, I managed the social media and content marketing strategy for the talent acquisition team. In a highly competitive market for technology professionals, CA Technologies wanted to stand out as an “employer-of-choice” for top talent. To enhance the candidate experience, we launched social media channels for content about the company culture, benefits and jobs at CA. A culture blog was launched, highlighting employee stories, event recaps, diversity and corporate social responsibility efforts, and even job seeker advice from recruiters. This content, along with video, animations, infographics, and employee-generated shares, were strategically promoted to audiences based on job type, location, and interests.
